Through StratConnect Consulting,            I partnered with JAPA as a strategic advisor and consultant to refine their go-to-market (GTM) strategy and accelerate customer acquisition. The engagement centered on three priorities:

Based on the successful completion of the initial engagement deliverables, JAPA extended the advisory relationship to continue driving growth. 2. Pricing & GTM Strategy – Designed and tested multiple pricing models, created vertical-specific bundles, and prioritized early-market entry motions. Built collateral, one-pagers, and pilot frameworks to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.

2. Proposal & Pricing Strategy – Working alongside production and pricing teams to ensure competitive, profitable, and responsible proposals for public sector bids and RFPs.


3. Strategic Partnerships & Technology Integration – Leading the identification and cultivation of partnerships with technology providers, operators, and product companies to create and enhance ProKel’s multimodal offerings.


4. Data & Market Intelligence – Developing an industry database to capture opportunities, refine targeting, and prioritize pursuits based on market demand and strategic fit.
